START UP SEQUENCE OF 1KW FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINE

1. Check whether there are any items in the operation range of the machine tool that affect the safe operation;

2. Turn on the main power switch and each branch control power switch of the fiber laser cutting machine;

3. Open the voltage regulator and check whether the operation state of the regulator is normal;

4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser, and then start the key switch to let the fiber laser with air conditioner or internal desuperheater run for more than 30 minutes;

5. Turn on the air compressor when the power switch of the fiber laser is turned on for 20 minutes to check whether the air compressor operates normally;

6. Open the air control valve of the air circuit, open the cold dryer, and check whether the running state of the cold dryer is normal and whether the air pressure is normal;

7. According to the cutting needs, open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;

8. Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, and press the power on button to start the machine tool control system. After the control system starts normally, the machine tool returns to the original point;

9. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser and run for more than 30 minutes, then turn on the water chiller and check whether the water chiller runs normally;

10. When the actual temperature of high and low temperature water in the chiller reaches the set temperature difference of one degree, apply high voltage to the fiber laser and check whether the fiber laser is in normal operation;
