Discharge the water in the water tank and the pump body of the water-cooled vacuum pump every month, and clean up the sludge impurities in the water tank.
Check whether the screws fixing the limit switch are loose every month, and tighten and correct them in time.
Check whether there is less hydraulic oil in the lower lift and flat assembly every month. If it is less, add M46# hydraulic oil in time.

1) The hot wire can be oscillating when cutting,it can increase the capacity by 1/3 when the wire motions with oscillation.it works better for cutting some non flammable materials like Propor,Neopor block.
2) Take the 3d foam cutting machine for example,we have options with wire length of 1.4m,2.2m and 2.6m.Cause we have EPS block size with 630mm,1250mm and 1000mm,so it can cut at least two blocks with 2.2m and 2.6m wire length.

Special Design
We have designed with our CNC EPS cutting machine for hot wire moving up and down,the working table move horizontally for 2D foam shape cutting.
The hot wire can be oscillating when cutting going in process,the oscillating hot wire machine can benefit you for some aspects:
1) Improving the cutting capacity by 1/3.
2) Able to cut some hard-to-cut materials like Non Flammable EPS foam,not-fully-dried EPS block etc.
3) Hot wire can truely follow the route for cutting 90` degree angel.
To max achieve the hot wire cutting capability,we further design the below feature:
1) The hot wire oscillation can be variable frequency.so,oscillation can be faster or slower at your control.
2) The hot wire temperature can be adjusted.
