Our Hypertherm plasma Cutter table is built for quality cutting
For our IGOLDENCNC plasma series, we use one-piece, all-welded steel frames, which ensure accuracy, longevity and the ability to handle more power. These machines are capable of using power supplies up to 400 amps, allowing a wide range of possibilities for what you can cut. Each Hypertherm plasma Cutter uses a helical rack and pinion drive system for the X and Y axes, while a precision ground ball screw is used for the shorter Z axis stroke. With automatic height control, the machine also maintains the proper height gap for the torch no matter where you are on the panel.
Hypertherm plasma Cutter uses plasma cutting technology to process metal materials. The Hypertherm plasma Cutter can be used for cutting various metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, carbon steel, etc. It is suitable for the thin plates cutting, drilling, digging and patching, and beveling.
Hypertherm plasma Cutter is equipped with Huayuan or Haibao plasma power supply, high-precision 450B motor, and SF CNC control system can support Chinese and English. Machine size and configuration can be customized. The cutting speed is fast, the cutting seam is narrow, the deformation of the workpiece is low, the operation is simple, it has a significant energy-saving effect.

Our control system is based on industrial PLC programming, making it extremely reliable. Because we built our machines to run on standard G-code, the control system is compatible with just about any software you can find. Each Plasma Cutter also has a wireless connection for the control system so you can have your PC set up anywhere in the shop.
Plate sensing, which allows the torch to come down until it detects the surface, is another state-of-the-art feature within the controller. This maximizes accuracy by keeping the curve width consistent, and it also reduces the amount of consumables needed, saving you a lot of money in the long run.
