Error analytic of bridge saw machine

Causes of out of control saw blade feeding: this is maybe bridge saw machine oil leakage of oil cylinder, aging of piston oil seal, loose sealing; loose sealing of solenoid valve spool or insufficient closing of spool due to many impurities in the oil, pressure relief. Machine motor does not run. Fault cause: motor phase loss operation, frequency converter GF1 protection. Troubleshooting: check whether the motor on bridge saw machine is burnt out or missing phase, and whether the motor line is broken phase. If the clamping cylinder can not be loosened, resulting in motor over-current protection, remove the clamping cylinder for cleaning.

1. Before work

1. Wear work clothes and goggles. The female worker has her long hair curled up and put on a work cap.

2. Carry out detailed inspection on the power switch, the tightness of the saw blade, the saw blade guard or the safety baffle. The operating table must be stable, and there should be sufficient lighting for night operations.

3. Turn on the main switch, try a few turns without load, and allow it to start after confirming safety.

2. At work

1. Operation with gloves is strictly prohibited. If dust is caused during operation, wear a mask or face shield.

2. Do not try to cut small unclamped workpieces.

4. This cutting machine only allows cutting profiles.

5. Do not perform strong cutting operations, and make the motor reach full speed before cutting.

6. No one is allowed to stand behind the saw.

7. Do not lean over or bypass the saw, and do not loose any hand or raise your arm from the saw or workpiece when the saw blade is not stopped.

8. Do not operate when the guard is not in place, and do not put your hands within 15 cm of the saw blade.

9. Before repairing or replacing parts, you must cut off the power and wait for the saw blade to stop completely.

10. If abnormal sound is found, the inspection should be stopped immediately.
