Firstly, Spindle—the key component of the machine
1. Water Cooling Spindle. To ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water (preferably with pure water) and the normal working condition of the water pump. Never let the water-cooled spindle motor appear water shortage, and replace the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. If you find that the spindle is too hot, stop running and check the cooling water and pump in time. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, it is necessary to replace the cooling water with antifreeze.

2. Air cooling spindle. If you machine is with air cooling spindle you should check the cooling fan running condition on time. If the spindle temperature is too high or the fan is faulty, stop it in time.

Secondly, Electric Control Box

According to the dust condition of the working environment, clean the dust inside the electric box regularly (Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply, and wait until the inverter has no display and the main circuit power indicator is off). For the computer-controlled CNC Router, clean the inside of the computer. If there is too much dust inside the electric box, it may cause a fire in the wire joint part and cause a fire. If there is too much dust in the computer, it will cause a computer error and a signal error will cause the CNC Router to be misplaced.

Thirdly, Transmission Part
The transmission part of the CNC Router consists of guide rails, racks and ball screws. Whether it is a rack machine or a ball screw machine, the machine must be cleaned every day after the machine is used. Machines with automatic pump lubrication will automatically oil, and workers should check if the rails, racks and ball screws are oily. It takes 3-5 days to manually pump oil once with a manual oil pump. For the manul lubrication machine, it is necessary to manually lubricate the guide rail, rack and screw every 3-5 days (note: the rail and the rack should be maintained with engine oil; the screw part should use high-speed butter. If the working environment temperature in winter Too low screw, polished rod (square rail or circular guide) should be cleaned with gasoline first, then engine oil, otherwise the machine transmission part of the resistance is too large and the machine is misaligned.)

Fourthly, Drive Motor
