The IGOLDEN industrial laser cleaners eliminate adhesion or surface coatings on the surface of the cleaning object at high speeds to achieve cleaning process. This is a new technique based on the interaction effects of laser and substances. It is different from traditional mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning (wet cleaning process). It does not require any CFC organic solvent that destroys the ozone layer, truly non-pollution, no noise, harmless to the human body, is a real green cleaning technology.
The high-power pulsed laser cleaning process relies on the characteristics of the optical pulse generated by the fiber laser, and is based on the photophysical reaction formed by the interaction between the high-intensity beam, the short-pulse laser, and the pollution layer. The physical principles can be summarized as follows:
1. The beam emitted by the laser is absorbed by the pollution layer on the surface to be treated;
2. Absorption of large energy forms a rapidly expanding plasma (a highly ionized unstable gas), which generates shock waves;
3. The shock wave turns pollutants into fragments and is removed;
4. The light pulse width must be short enough to avoid heat accumulation that damages the processed surface;
5. When there is oxide on the metal surface, plasma is generated on the metal surface.
