Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machines with standard welding heads are designed to focus a collimated laser beam to a required spot size, keeping the beam path static through the beam delivery and a static spot at the focal plane. Autogenous Welding

Fixturing: Fixturing to ensure consistent fit-up of the weld joint is a key to successful fiber laser welding. Depending on the fixturing and joint fit-up, some welds may have small amounts of concavity (which may not be acceptable for product designs that require fatigue properties similar to those of the base material) or convexity.

In the manufacturing process, many stainless steel items must be connected, usually used with argon arc welding or conventional spot welding machines. Although the equipment can meet the production specifications, there are still many welding defects in the welding process, such as undercut, penetration, pores and cracks. After the welding process, a series of post-processing processes, such as grinding, resulting in very low welding performance. When the solder joint is in contact with the metal, the touch switch is only activated, and it also has a temperature sensor. The hand-held laser welding machine can be welded with a hand-held welded head.

3. Laser welding machine is fast. The welding diameter is 35 cm and the welding height is 9 cm. It only takes 1 minute. The welding effect is better. The color of the weld is white, so there is no need to polish it. There is no deformation after welding, the thermal impact area of laser welding is small, and the substrate remains unchanged after welding.

4. Good sealing performance, luminous mode is continuous, and there is no leak during welding.
