CNC laser cutter is already a general-purpose mechanical cutting tool. I believe that many users will not use it after understanding the operating steps of the laser cutting machine, and some people will only use it according to their own habits. This will inevitably have a negative impact on the use of CNC laser cutter. Here we want to remind you that if you want to be able to use the laser cutting machine safely, you need to understand its structure and use steps. Let's briefly talk about the 26 basic steps:

Step 1. Prepare the material to be cut and fix it on the laser cutter worktable.

Step 2. According to the material and thickness, call the corresponding parameters.

Step 3. Select the corresponding lens and nozzle according to the cutting parameters, and check whether they are in good condition.

Step 4. Place the trimmer head on the correct focus.

Step 5. Check and adjust the center of the nozzle.

Step 6. Calibrate the cutter head sensor.

Step 7. Check the cut off gas, enter the command to activate the supplementary gas, and check whether the supplementary gas can be flushed out of the nozzle well.

Step 8. Test the material, verify the profile, and adjust the process parameters until the production requirements are met.

Step 9. Prepare the cutting program according to the drawings required by the part and import it into the CNC laser cutter.

Step 10. Move the cutting head to the starting point to be cut, and then press "Start" to run the cutting program.

Step 11. During the cutting process, the operator must not leave the laser cutting machine. In an emergency, quickly press: "Reset" or "Emergency Stop" to complete the operation.

Step 12. When cutting the first piece, hang up the cutting to see if it meets the requirements.

Step 13. Check the auxiliary air flow when cutting. If the gas is insufficient, please replace it in time.

Step 14. Operators should be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and familiar with the operating system.

Step 15. Before finding out whether the material can be irradiated or heated by laser, do not process it to avoid potential smoke and vapor hazards.

Step 16. Wear occupational protective equipment as needed, and wear compliant goggles near the laser beam.

Step 17. Place the fire extinguisher in an easily accessible location, turn off the laser or blinds when not in use, and do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.

Step 18. Observe the general rules for safe operation of the CNC laser cutter. Start the laser strictly in accordance with the steps for starting the laser.

Step 19. Keep the laser, bed and surrounding area clean, tidy and oil-free. Stack the pieces, plates and cuts as needed.

Step 20. When turning on the power of the equipment, the operator shall not leave the platform or allow others to leave the platform without authorization. If you really need to leave, please turn off or turn on the power switch.

Step 21. When an abnormality is found in the treatment process, it must be stopped immediately, and the fault should be eliminated or reported to the supervisor in time.

Step 22. During maintenance, please follow the high-voltage safety rules. Perform maintenance every 40 hours of operation or once a week, and perform maintenance every 1000 hours of operation or every six months. Please comply with applicable regulations and procedures.

Step 23. The use and transportation of gas cylinders must comply with the regulations for monitoring gas cylinders. Do not expose the gas cylinder to direct sunlight or heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator should stand next to the bottle mouth.

Step 25. After entering the new part program, perform a test and verify its running status.
