CNC Wood Router maintenance skills
(1) Unplug the power cord. Safety first。
(2) remove the plastic sheath, using the cross screwdriver turn clockwise and unlock two screws.
(3) using the word screwdriver turn clockwise and take a pair of brush screw off. Using the pliers to take out the carbon brush and remember the position of the carbon brush. Then the recovery will be smooth.
(4) brush the dust. Spray lightly when there is air spray gun.
(5) open the shell with force.
(6) turn the spin axis to check whether there is a metal friction sound or not.
(7) when there is no dust, using needle car oil, dropping a little into the ring.
(8) wipe the remaining oil, otherwise the dust will be stuck to it in the future.
(9) restore the equipment in accordance with the above procedure.
(10) open the wood engraving cnc router till the sound is normal.
