Granite CNC saw Features

• We have made dust-protection on X, Y, and Z to protect the machine's precision transmission components from damage caused by stone shavings or aluminum shavings, and prolong the equipment's lifespan. We installed dust cloths on X and Y and enclosed dust covers on Z.

• The X and Y axis motion is via a helical type rack and pinion drive, hardened for extremely long life and ground for outstanding accuracy.

• The Z-axis is driven through a hardened antibacklash ball-screw. •The electric spindle is a 7.5Kw water-cooled constant torque output ATC spindle. Further, there is a nozzle on each side of it for cutter cooling purposes.

• The spindle is compatible with BT40 tool holder and ER40 collet; therefore, it can hold milling cutters up to 26mm in diameter. It is a spindle dedicated to metalworking. So, it is suitable for processing stone and aluminum.

• In addition to the nozzle, the other part of the tool cooling mechanism is the water pot at the working table's back. Its function is to store water and circulate the water together with the water pump. The nozzle and water pot design are also the difference between stone cnc router and wood cnc router in construction.

• As everyone knows, the stone is heavy. To make it easier to load the material, we have installed five rollers on the front of the workbench.

• CNC system is a high-end industrial level integrated controller – WEIHONG NK260, which is embedded in the single electronic cabinet. A cnc pendant comes with the controller to make it easier to set up the origin point for the job.

• Industrial control components are equipped with big brands representing the highest level in the industry, for example, Leadshine hybrid servo and Fuling inverter.

• The control system is all displayed in English, as is the keyboard.

• To prevent the electrical components in the electric control cabinet from overheating and effectively extend their service life, we have installed an industrial air conditioner on the backside, which can provide a constant ambient temperature for the components.
