The process of using the cnc metal router :

According to the requirements of CNC router metal processing, choose suitable tools. Design and edit on the computer, calculate the route correctly and save the cutting file. Copy the file to the DSP handle. If you use the controller card, please open the control software, read in the data, and save the file. Fix the metal material on the working table of the CNC metal cutting machine. Generally, the metal can be fixed by using clamps or vacuum absorption. Define the origin, start up the spindle, and adjust the spindle speed. Turn on the power and the CNC metal router machine will start self-check. The X, Y, and Z axes return to the zero points and then move to their initial positions. Adjust the X, Y, and Z axes separately, and align the origin for the CNC router metal cutting. And then adjust the spindle speed, feed speed, and Z-axis height appropriately. This is to make the machine enter the standby state for CNC metal cutting. Open the metal engraving file and transfer the file to the CNC metal cutting machine. And the machine will automatically complete the cutting and engraving of metal.
