CNC Oscillating Knife Cutting Machine is a Gantry Moving CNC machine with CNC Oscillating Knife and ATC CNC Router. It has wide usage of soft material cutting and wood cutting and carvings, such as MDF, hardwood, cotton material, rubber plate, etc. the CNC knife cutting makes no smoke and heat, is a safe cutting method.
Auto tool Changer CNC router machine is with a 10 positions automatic tool changer which provides an easy and convenient method of running jobs requiring multiple routing tools.
Using linear guide rails to ensure the machine’s positioning accuracy and can withstand larger loads.
Oscillating knife: Especially suitable for cutting flexible material PVC, KT board, thick foam, aluminum-plastic board, polypropylene hollow board, footpad, leather.
V-cut tool: Using the V-Cut tool, the grooves can be adjusted to specific cutting requirements. Available angles are 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°. Industrial CNC cutters are mainly used for V-groove production of thicker carton board materials such as honeycomb board, cardboard, corrugated board, gray board, etc.
