The tube laser cutting machine is specially designed for metal tube cutting and equipped with a semi-automatic chain type feeding device. It is applicable to all types of tubes and profiles (including special-shaped tubes, I-beams, asymmetric section profiles, etc.), featuring a wide application range, stable power and high universality. It is fitted with a professional cutting operation system that boasts simple operation, high precision, professional performance and stable running. Ideal for professional profile cutting, this machine is widely used in industries such as sports equipment, petroleum pipelines and chemical equipment.

1. High Rigidity Precision Engineered Structure
Ø Adopts an integrated welded bed, which undergoes stress relief annealing and precision machining by gantry milling, featuring high rigidity and minimal deformation.
Ø The transmission system is equipped with Taiwan HIWIN linear guides and YYC racks, ensuring stable high-speed operation, zero backlash, and accurate positioning (repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.03mm).
2. Intelligent Self-Centering Clamping
Ø Equipped with a pneumatic deviation-correcting chuck, which can automatically clamp and align the center of various profiles such as round pipes, square pipes, and channel steel.
Ø The control system supports automatic centering for special profiles like angle steel and I-beams, improving the processing accuracy and efficiency of complex materials.
3. High-Efficiency Laser Optical System
Ø Adopts an auto-focus cutting head with an optimized optical structure, increasing air cutting efficiency by 10%-40% compared with conventional models.
Ø Integrated with MAX laser from MAX Photonics, it features compact size and low energy consumption (saves about 25% power), and delivers excellent cutting performance for both thin and thick plates.
