1. About Lathe bed :
To burden very heavy stone, our machine welding bed use 12 mm steel , Afterhundred times’ special vibrate experiments,we ensure that the lathe will not deform during their long-term working hours. With enhanced welding technicals, we provide our machines good stability, longer life and amazing accuracy rate. Compared with other manufacturers ’ 4.8mm body thickness, we believe that our products will totally attain even your most rigorous requirements.
2. About spindle:
Using 5.5KW Chinese top water cooling spindle to ensure the high intensity and precisio of stone engraving . The water cooling spindle adopt water cycle to cooling the spindle ,so the cooling effect is very good. Almost no noise, long life.
3. About transmission:
For the total machine,we adopt the world famous rail and guide manufacturer Taiwan Hiwin square rails, self-lubricating sliding block.
This ensures equal force in all directions and accuracy and strength of the machine.
Z axis adopts original TBI ball screw imported from Taiwan and X Y axis adopt high precision gear transmission,high precision,speed and strength.
4. Leadshine drive and motor:
a: Won't lose step when it work,guarantee the positional accuracy of the motor.
b: Speed performance increased about 30%, improve the equipment speed heavily.
c: Motor heat fell down 30%, prolong the life time of the motor.
