3. The position of the travel switch of the front head downward signal is incorrect or broken. If the travel switch cannot be touched or the switch is broken when the plate travels to the predetermined position, then there will be no downward signal from the front head, so it will Nibbling board. Solution: Adjust the position of the travel switch or replace it. 

4. The lack of the guide wheel of the head against the ruler causes the ruler to grab the board. Solution: Install new guide wheels. 

5. There are burrs on the contact surface of the head and the ruler. Solution: Use fine gauze to grind off the electrical fault.
