5 Axis cnc Bridge Saw maintenance
1. Button box and electrical appliances
The button box controlling the turnover and rotation of the worktable can not avoid splashing water when cutting the plate. As time goes by, the button contact will be rusted. It is necessary to check and remove the rust points frequently. 18 miniature relays are used in the PLC control system. The contact capacity is small and the action is frequent, resulting in poor contact of the relay. Therefore, it is necessary to check or replace it in time. As long as the replaced relay is disassembled and polished slightly, it can be generally used again. The plug of each solenoid valve will also have loose and poor contact fault, which should be reproduced.
2. Lubricating oil and hydraulic oil pool
The rack support oil pool at both ends of the bed should be sealed and the oil level should be kept high. The V-shaped guide rail and cutter rack in the oil pool of the bed should also keep the oil level high, and the oil should be changed in time when the oil deteriorates or water enters. The manual pump of the lifting circular guide rail lubrication system should be filled with 30% mechanical oil and lubricated at least once per shift. Always observe the oil level of the forward and backward moving reducer of the bed and the oil level of the main shaft oil window, and change the oil at least once a year.
Lubricating oil or grease must be added once per shift for each lubricating point of turnover shaft, overturning cylinder support, piston rod support shaft and rotary gear speed change mechanism of worktable. At the end of the work, the worktable must be raised so that the turnover mechanism can move once to avoid rust, and it is conducive to the water drying of the worktable and prevent the wood on it from rotten.
